Williams Site Civil is a civil engineering consulting firm based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At WSC, we’re taking the lead in offering a value-driven and innovative approach to the wide range of services we provide to clients throughout the Commonwealth and surrounding states. Those services include initial project due diligence efforts, conceptual and master planning, site design, stormwater management analyses, procurement of entitlements from local, state and federal agencies, and site construction observation/administration services. Our staff offers 120+ years of combined experience, and our work includes commercial, institutional, warehouse/industrial and residential projects. Our projects range in size from small, single-user sites to large, regional shopping centers and warehouse facilities.
